TGRP Solutions Year in Review: 2021

January 13, 2022

As we start the new year, we have so much to be thankful for and so much to look forward to in 2022. Before we give you the highlights of 2021 at TGRP Solutions, we want to extend our sincere appreciation to all of our clients, colleagues and friends—many of whom have been here since the beginning.

Last year followed the most challenging time in our history—as was probably the case for many of the companies with which we partner. The pandemic brought about so much uncertainty and fear and impacted every single one of us personally and professionally. Upholding our mission was important, but so much was changing all around us, including the way companies hire, their priorities, what candidates seek in employers, and the Denver economy.

We walked into 2021 cautious but hopeful. We decided that this year would be a year in which we reflected on who we are and what we stand for and seized opportunities. Our new normal and the new normal of our clients has required flexibility and creativity, and we chose to embrace that and do what we do best: bring exceptional people together.

The result has been a growing business and an abundance of excitement about what the future holds. The Denver economy has grown stronger than ever and our clients are unanimous in their desire to hire the best and brightest talent—no easy feat in such a competitive market.

All of this is great news, of course, but we are very quick to acknowledge that we would not be where we are today if it were not for our fantastic team, our amazing clients, and our greater TGRP Solutions community. That’s you! We are grateful for you and thankful that you continue to put your trust in us as your partner in accounting and finance recruiting and consulting solutions.

Where are we today?

In 2021, TGRP Solutions welcomed new team members in both our consulting practice and on our recruiting team. Welcome Megan Rodman, Miguel Torres, and Nate Wertz, all recruiters, and Katrina Seinhauser and Kyle Reppert, business development professionals who work with our wonderful clients. Lastly, we welcomed two new practice directors, who are charged with expanding areas of consulting within TGRP Solutions. Juli Roberts is heading up our General Accounting and Finance vertical and CJ Addison is at the helm of our CFO Services group.

Our client list also expanded. Many new companies engaged TGRP to begin working with them, both to expand their accounting and finance teams and to fulfill their project needs with our consultants.  We’re excited to help these organizations build their teams with the best people and achieve their short- and long-term goals with the help of our consulting team.

To show our appreciation of our employees, we’ve instituted a new sabbatical program at TGRP Solutions as well. This program is intended to thank our full-time employees for their service and commitment to the company. We also laid the groundwork for a new wellness program that we will introduce in 2022. If we’ve learned one thing this year and last, it is the importance of taking care of ourselves—both the physical health and the mental health.

Last and certainly not least, we’re thrilled to unveil our brand-new website. This redesign has been an all-hands-on-deck effort throughout the past several months and we are excited to share it with you. The new website better reflects our range of solutions and through our blog, we will share important industry insights, news, market updates and more about the accounting and finance industry here in Colorado. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Thank you for being part of the TGRP Solutions family. We appreciate your support and look forward to a prosperous 2022.  Cheers!
