ABOUT Suman
Suman Bajaj is a Consulting Director at TGRP Solutions and has over 30 years of experience in various accounting and auditing roles. She is an active CPA in the state of Colorado and has both a BS Degree in Finance from CU Boulder and a MS Degree in Accountancy from the University of Colorado, Denver. Suman started her career in public accounting at PwC, then moved into a manufacturing public company and then into supporting private companies.
Her areas of expertise include month-end close, financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP, consolidation, shared service operations, acquisition support and integration, reconciliations, technical accounting , system implementations, financial planning, SOX compliance and process improvement. Suman likes to problem solve and work with teams to get the best outcomes. Outside of the office, she loves spending time in the mountains with her husband, kids dog, and friends. She likes cooking, hiking, and reading.
