Spencer brings a unique blend of financial acumen and relationship-driven strategy to his role at TGRP. A licensed CPA, he began his career at PwC before serving as Assistant Controller at Scout Clean Energy, where he led the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion and helped scale the business through rapid growth and private equity reporting. Spencer now partners with clients to understand their evolving needs, ensuring TGRP delivers practical, high-impact solutions that drive results. Spencer specializes in financial reporting, consolidations, audit readiness, and process optimization. In addition to developing new client relationships, Spencer plays a key role in client delivery—matching the right consultants to the right challenges and ensuring each engagement is a success from kickoff to completion.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys fly fishing, golf, and spending time in the Colorado mountains with his wife and two kids.
