Marti Pratt, CPA, MBA

Marti Pratt is a Consulting Senior Manager at TGRP Solutions. She has more than 25 years of experience in multiple accounting management/consulting roles, in industries such as manufacturing, mining, financial services, real estate, engineering, and SaaS. Her roles have included corporate accounting, SEC/financial reporting, internal audit, SOX compliance, mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting, process improvement, financial statement analysis and NetSuite ERP implementations. Additionally, she was in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand for over three years in her early career.

Marti received her Bachelors degree in Accounting from Colorado State University, her MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver and is an active CPA license in Colorado.  Marti is a Colorado native, has two college aged sons and her husband is semi-retired.
