Mark Reister

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting and consulting within the Colorado market. After earning his Finance degree from the University of Colorado, he spent a few years working in the Risk Management group at a major Denver-based energy company. While he found this work fascinating, he felt his skills would be better utilized in the professional services sector. Mark transitioned into recruiting at a regional firm specializing in accounting and finance, where he dedicated over five years to building strong relationships and deeply understanding the needs of clients and candidates.

Driven by the pursuit of the American Dream, Mark set out to create a company that reflected his personal values and commitment to excellence. In 2010, he founded TGRP Solutions with the vision of exceeding the expectations of both clients and candidates. Mark enjoys the opportunity his work provides to connect with remarkable people and is enthusiastic about continuing to foster long-lasting relationships and friendships.

Outside of work, Mark treasures time with his wife, Sarah, and their children: Drew (20), Natalie (10) and Benjamin (8). He also enjoys traveling, playing golf, and exploring the Colorado outdoors. Additionally, Mark is in his 22^nd year of coaching his Special Olympics basketball team through Chatfield Senior High and now Mullen High School.
