Laura Schmidt, CPA

Laura Schmidt is a Consulting Senior Manager for TGRP. She received her bachelor’s in accounting from Saint Louis University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado. She has more than 10 years of experience in the consumer products, manufacturing, private equity, and real-estate industries working for companies both publicly and privately held. Her career started in public accounting in audit at RSM in Denver. Throughout her career she has gained experience in auditing, controllership, lease accounting implementation, month-end close, process improvement, purchase accounting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting.

Laura was born in the Midwest but has lived in Colorado for 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, walking her dog Maggie, and trying new restaurants and breweries.
