Doug Nassif

Doug Nassif leads our Placement and Contract Solutions team here at TGRP.  He brings 18 years of leadership and business development experience primarily in the Accounting & Finance space in the Denver/Boulder market.  Doug attributes his success to working hard to be a true business partner for his clients by having an endless curiosity about the unique attributes and key success factors for each team we work with.  Doug works to get past simply matching a resume to a job description by investing his time in trying to really understand what a good fit for each specific team looks like.

Doug was born in Southern California but grew up in Texas and has been in Colorado for the last 25 years—nearly achieving ‘Honorary Native Status’. Outside the office, Doug lives with his beautiful wife, young son and sweet dog ‘Taco’ in Arvada.  He is also blessed with 2 older daughters that keep life interesting.  Doug is a recovering restaurant owner and has a passion for food, BBQ, craft beer, baseball, fly fishing, hiking, live music and avoiding performing home improvement projects at all costs.
