Cesar Cavalcanti

Cesar is a Consulting Senior Manager at TGRP. He focuses on leveraging his extensive expertise to drive business growth and facilitate effective decision-making processes. With a strong background in financial and consulting institutions, healthcare, medical devices, food and beverages, and mining services, he possesses a diverse skill set that enables him to excel in various industries.

Throughout his 20-year career, Cesar has demonstrated proficiency in developing business cases, financial models, and support methodologies. He has played pivotal roles in restructuring and building accounting and finance disciplines from the ground up, as well as working with investment bankers to assist them in evaluating companies for potential future acquisitions. His keen attention to detail and in-depth financial knowledge has enabled organizations to enhance their financial reporting capabilities and optimize their operations.

Cesar was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista. He moved to Colorado in 2005. He enjoys playing the guitar, running, practicing yoga, and cooking.
