ABOUT Carrie
Carrie is the Controller and Director of Operations for TGRP Solutions, overseeing finance, accounting, HR, Payroll and compliance operations. Carrie partners closely with leadership to drive financial insights, streamline processes and support scalable growth across the organization.
Carrie brings a diverse accounting background spanning across industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, warehousing, energy services, transportation, retail and regulated agriculture. Her experience spans progressive roles in inventory management, payroll, cost accounting and controllership. She is known for her hands-on approach, and ability to clean up and optimize financial records to drive clarity, efficiency and stronger business outcomes.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Peru State University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, pickleball, camping, paddleboarding, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
