ABOUT Brandon
Brandon Guns is a Consulting Senior Manager at TGRP Solutions and has over 10 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. He is an active CPA in the state of Colorado and has both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Accountancy degree from Colorado State University. Brandon started his career in public accounting at KPMG and serviced clients across numerous industries with a specialization in financial services. After public accounting he moved into the private sector where he held various roles from Senior Accountant to Controller at companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations.
During his 10-year career, Brandon has worked in a variety of industries including: mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, insurance, retail, manufacturing, consumer brands, and technology. He has played a vital role in the day-to-day accounting functions, preparation and review of financial statements for both public and private companies, monthly close processes, budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis, reconciliations, system implementations, management of team members, and management of external audits.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends (he is married with one son). He also enjoys cooking, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
