Megan Rodman

Megan has spent the last eight years in the service industry fostering a staff of twenty-five employees, monitoring business metrics, and implementing company initiatives. Recently she made a shift to recruiting because she thrives on making an impact through placing candidates in a challenging yet fulfilling career path.  Megan is a Colorado native who loves outdoor adventures such as camping, riding her UTV, and getting off the beaten path. Outside of her professional career, she spends her time volunteering with dog rescues and youth outreach within her local community.
