Prior to joining TGRP Solutions, I led Western U.S. operations for a mid-sized staffing firm, overseeing multimillion-dollar P&Ls, managing a team of 14+, and supporting 90+ consultants across critical IT and Accounting and Finance functions. My background also includes significant roles at one of the largest international staffing firms in the world, where I excelled in both IT and corporate staffing, consistently achieving top performance metrics.
