Kelly Rice, CPA

Kelly Rice is currently Consulting Director at TGRP Solutions.  He began his career in public accounting at EY as Manager – Audit, and then served as Director of SEC Reporting, Director of Technical Accounting and Controller positions at multiple consumer products and technology companies including Crocs, NGL Energy Partners, Molson-Coors Brewing, Real-Time Worlds, Storage Technology and others.  Kelly has extensive experience in SEC reporting, multi-national environments, purchase price accounting, revenue recognition, lease accounting and other areas. Kelly earned his M.B.A from the University of Denver, preceded by a B.A. in French and Philosophy.
