Our core delivery team is comprised of accomplished and proven professionals within the accounting & finance field. The typical consulting profile at TGRP is 15+ years of progressive experience, CPA, public accounting audit background (typically Big 4 or large regional firms), proven industry experience managing teams, and working in complex business environments with mid-tier and large-scale systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson, Dynamics, D365, NetSuite, Hyperion, OneStream, BPC, etc.).  Utilizing the depth and breadth of our consulting team, we partner with the CFO organization to provide leadership, strategic financial solutions, and results in areas such as:

We are actively searching for a Consulting Director to join our team.  This is a key role within our organization as you will interact directly with our clients, manage projects, manage teams, ensure project delivered and quality.

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) -strongly preferred.  Mix of public accounting & industry (large, mid-sized co, public/privately held)
  • Required: Minimum of 12 years of combined progressive experience in public accounting and industry
  • Strong proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and doing full cycle accounting/close management, managing teams, audit readiness, financial reporting, analysis, M&A, integration, system implementations, process improvement, experience working in a SOX environment, and special projects/project management.
  • Strong computer desktop skills required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable.
  • System Savvy: has worked w a variety of accounting systems within large and mid-market environments (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, D365, NetSuite etc.)
  • Demonstrated career progression and job stability.


  • $135k-150k (Depending on experience), + overtime, + annual bonus eligibility, + performance bonus eligibility
